Cannabis products cannot be returned or exchanged. Purchases are final. We are diligent in ensuring that items we receive from the Ontario Cannabis Store arrive in good condition. Please make your selections carefully before purchase. 

Refunds and exchanges of regular-priced, non-cannabis items, can be made within 14 days of purchase, and must be unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt. It is up to our discretion to determine if items are eligible for refund or exchange. All sales items are final sale.
